How is the Foundation funded?
Foundation funds come from individual and corporate charitable contributions as well as other fundraisers such as a fall golf outing; Fay’s Pork Chop Barbecue during PrairieFest; the “Follies,” a district variety show; and Cents for Kids, a District 308 staff payroll deduction plan.
This past summer, the OFEE partnered with the Village of Oswego in organizing the Wolves and Panthers on Parade art event helping to fund the Oswego Band’s trip to the Tournament of Roses Parade.
The OFEE and the Village of Oswego will again be sponsoring an outdoor art project in 2005—Carousels Around the World. Look for the carousels at PrairieFest! For more information, visit www.OswegoOutdoorArt.org.

Who Determines How Funds Are Spent?
